1. Are you asking the bidders to do their own take-off on quantities?

2. Is all materials purchased by club? All sod, sand, gravel, pipe?
Yes
3. Are we able to stockpile materials (new bunker sand, gravel) in the parking lot at clubhouse?
Yes
4. Any other areas can we stockpile materials?

5. What is the estimated disturbance area outside of the bunkers?
10 Feet
6. Can you provide an average distance you would like to go out for stripping and installing new sod?
We want to strip sod 4 feet surrounding bunkers
7. Where will the topsoil be stripped from? Are you expecting much topsoil?
Not expecting any topsoil
8. Can the existing stripped sod be disposed of on-site in bury pits?
Yes, on property
9. Where can the excess soil from the bunkers floors, drainage cavities, edging be disposed of?
Stockpile on–site
10. Are the existing outlet pipes still functioning properly?
Existing pipes are functional
11. What would be a good allowance per bunker for outlets?
10-15 feet
