As per §250-50 (J) of the Village Code, applicant is requesting an extension of an area variance approval granted by the Port Jefferson Village Board of Zoning Appeals on August 8, 2012 for a 10-foot front yard landscaped buffer on Texaco and Linden where a 20 ft buffer is required.
